Mama Cacao

Join us this Sunday for an intimate cacao circle and immersive musical journey through the medicine wheel. A space to soften, listen, reconnect, and remember the rhythm of life within you. Together we will share ceremonial cacao, open our hearts, and travel through song, sound, and presence. This gathering is inspired by the four directions, the elements, and the cycles of life, and will include songs and prayers from different traditions and cultures around the world, including tribal and ancestral songs. Some lyrics will be shared so you can sing along and participate. Through music, voice, reflection, and gentle ceremony, we invite ourselves to come home to the body, the heart, and the community around us. This is not only a space to receive, but also a space to join in, express, and co-create. Expect an evening of healing, connection, grounding, joy, and renewal. No experience is needed, only an open heart and a willingness to be present. Come as you are. Let the cacao soften the heart. Let the music guide the journey. Let your voice become part of the circle.
