From there, Luana Schwengber will guide us through a gentle embodiment journey with breath, voice, intuitive movement, and playful exploration, helping us awaken the body and open into freer expression. The journey then flows into Ecstatic Dance: a space to move without choreography, judgment, or expectation. You are invited to dance wildly, softly, joyfully, slowly, or simply rest and feel the music. Luana’s DJ journey weaves together organic electronic music, world rhythms, emotional soundscapes, tribal energy, softness, and uplifting beats, creating a musical wave that moves from grounding to expansion and back into stillness. We close together with relaxation, integration, and a shared moment of community. This space is for everyone. No dance experience is needed, and there is no right or wrong way to move.
