Join us for a 2-hour Somatic & Nervous System Regulation Workshop, where we will explore the connection between your body, emotions, and nervous system, and learn practices that you can bring into your everyday life. Together we will explore: ✨ How the nervous system works and how it influences our emotions and reactions ✨ Somatic movement practices to reconnect with the body ✨ Breathwork to support regulation and emotional balance ✨ Integration tools to take these practices beyond the workshop Because we believe these tools are not meant to stay on the mat, they are here to support you in real life, whenever you need more grounding, clarity, and connection. The workshop will be guided by Desirée & Stefano, two Italian facilitators bringing their work to Iceland for the first time. Desirée is a yoga teacher, somatic practitioner, and emotional coach. Stefano is a breathwork and meditation facilitator.
