We begin by opening our hearts with a nourishing Cacao Ceremony guided by Victor Gressier, creating space to slow down, connect inward, and set intentions before entering the dance. From there, Luana Schwengber will guide us into the Ecstatic Dance journey through organic rhythms, world music, sacred bass, tribal grooves, and uplifting beats: an invitation to move freely, express yourself authentically, and reconnect with your body. No choreography. No expectations. Just a safe, welcoming space where everyone is free to dance in their own way.
