Ecstatic Dance w/ DJ AIR

✨ ECSTATIC DANCE ICELAND ✨ Sunday, September 6 · 16:00–19:00 White Lotus, Reykjavík Come as you are and join us for an afternoon of cacao, movement, music and connection. We begin together with a gentle cacao ceremony guided by Victor, creating a moment to arrive, connect and set an intention for the journey ahead. From there, Rakel Íris will guide us into the body with an opening movement practice, helping us soften, awaken and move from the inside out. Then we open the dance floor with DJ AIR, taking us on a musical journey through rhythm, energy, emotion and release. Ecstatic Dance is a space to move freely, without choreography or expectation. A space to listen to the body, explore your own expression and meet each other beyond words. No dance experience is needed.
