This evening is a journey of listening to our own body's needs for movement. What does it wants ? Which direction does it want to move ? By following our body's intuition, and by allowing the movement needed, we liberate ourselves into self-love, peace and trust. After the dance, we will drop in and relax while the lovely and talented Ilaria De Zen will confort us with the magical sounds of her Tibetan Bowls Healing Journey.
