From the shamanic dances of Africa to the trance movements in Sufi practices, ecstatic dance has always been a universal language of freedom and self-expression. We will dance barefoot, without mobile phones and without talking to each other so we can just tune into our bodies 🪶As we land slowly, Justyna will guide us into a serene sound bath, weaving the gentle tones of singing bowls and the deep, resonant vibrations of the gong. These healing sounds will help us integrate the energy of the dance, bringing us into a state of deep relaxation and harmony. With its roots in ancient Mayan and Aztec traditions, cacao has long been celebrated as a tool for spiritual connection and transformation. From the very beginning, he sought to deliver an organic experience through sound, crafting stories with rises and falls in a crescendo, harmonized with the environment and season he found himself in, converting life into music. 🪷 Hailing from Romania 🇹🇩 Sundaze draws inspiration from his cultural roots, as well as diverse influences from around the globe. His DJ sets incorporate elements from the Orient, Africa, the Balkans, South America, as well as dub music, downtempo, old tribal afro house, psytrance and drum & bass, to name just a few. The concept of Ecstatic Dance came to him as an upgrade full of synchronicities, offering a space to unleash his imagination and create boundless musical selections. These selections are designed to help participants slow down their inner rhythm and listen to the intelligence within. She also regularly co-creates group sound healing sessions, where she combines the power of sound, breath and movement providing a safe space for participants to relax, look deeper within and connect with themselves. On her journey, next to the healing power of touch and sound, she also discovered the power of intuitive dance - a beautiful tool for self exploration 💫 During the event she will hold the space for the cacao ceremony and share some techniques to tune into the space and body before the dance.
