✨ ECSTATIC DANCE ICELAND · AUGUST 23 ✨ 4PM - 8PM · White Lotus We’re gathering for an evening of movement, music, connection and presence, a space to arrive as you are, reconnect with your body, and move freely together. We’ll begin the evening with cacao, taking a moment to land, connect and set an intention before slowly opening into movement. The dance journey will be guided by LUΛNΛ, an international DJ, musician and embodiment facilitator who has shared music and movement spaces across five continents. Her Ecstatic Dance journeys weave together organic rhythms, sacred bass, world music, soulful vocals and uplifting beats, moving through different landscapes, from gentle and grounding to playful, wild and expansive. There is no choreography and no right or wrong way to dance. Ecstatic Dance is an invitation to listen to your own body and allow the music to take you where you need to go. 🌿 CACAO · COMMUNITY · DANCE After the dance, we’ll soften the energy and transition into a live music relaxation journey, a space to lie down, receive, integrate and allow the body to settle after movement.
