Step into an immersive sound journey where rhythm and mantra become a bridge between the outer world and the vast depths of the inner self. Through the primal power of percussive instruments — frame drum, tabla, kalimba, and hang drum — a pulsing, textured, etheric soundscape unfolds, gently dissolving the surface noise of the mind and guiding you into a deep state of presence and release. Layered within this rhythmic foundation, atmospheric vocal textures and melodic elements weave through the space, expanding the soundscape and adding depth, warmth, and resonance to the journey. For this experience, participants are welcome to sit, lie down, dance, practice yoga or qi gong, or simply rest in stillness — whatever feels natural to you. If you know the mantra, you are welcome to chant internally. --- Arjun Bruggeman World percussionist, meditation teacher, composer, and session recording artist, Arjun Bruggeman is highly acclaimed for his unique hybrid of East-meets-West rhythms. He brings three decades of experience as a practitioner of Eastern and Western spiritual traditions to his playing, along with 21 years of worldwide touring as a tabla player with Krishna Das. As a spiritual explorer with over 30 years of practice in Taoism, Tibetan Buddhism, Hinduism, Shamanism — including Siberian and Druid traditions — and more, his lifelong quest to understand diverse spiritual pathways has revealed a unifying center of oneness and stillness. He now channels this depth of experience into immersive rhythmic sound journeys that blend ancient mantra recitation with percussive instruments such as frame drums, tabla, hang drum, and more. He has collaborated with artists including David Darling, Belinda Carlisle, Robert Bly, Clasrisa, Jason Mraz, Mark Egan, and John Densmore and Robby Krieger of The Doors. Sveinbjörn Hafsteinsson Sveinbjörn is a multi-instrumentalist and vocalist whose music finds its natural home in spaces devoted to reflection and connection.
