This cozy lunchtime gathering takes place in the White Lotus, on Mondays from 12:00 to 13:00. The hour begins with a cup of ceremonial cacao from Guatemala or Peru, followed by simple mantra singing together with a few Icelandic songs. No singing experience is needed and everyone is welcome just as they are. The gathering ends with a short, relaxing rest.
