No singing experience is needed and everyone is welcome just as they are. The gathering ends with a short, relaxing rest. It is a nourishing way to land after the weekend, give the nervous system some rest and bring balance and fresh energy into the week, while also offering a beautiful way to experience Icelandic music woven together with mantra singing 🌿
