Við munum byrja kvöldið á að drekka saman kakó bolla opna á röddina, syngja söngva og dvelja saman í ljósi og ró. Einskis krafist – bara löngun til að vera til staðar og tengjast í gegnum hljóð. No experience needed — just come as you are, with an open heart and a willingness to explore sound and stillness together. We’ll start by sharing a cup of cermeonial Cacao as we open our voices then chant sacred mantras, and rest in the healing space we create as a group.
