Concert of Txana Reu Keneya

Join us for an evening of joyful healing with the music of Txana Reu Keneya, a group of messengers and guardians of the Forest from the indigenous Huni Kuin village of Caucho in the Brazilian Amazon. Txana Reu Keneya is led by Txana Ury, who is visiting Iceland for the fourth time, Txana Yxã, who is visiting for the second time and Txana Weslly, who is coming here for the first time. This year, they will be joined by Txana Samany, who will bring her powerful feminine force to share the healing vibrations of the jungle with us all. Samany has been travelling to Europe with her mother for the past few years and she is a well-known musician with an incredible voice and a great musical talent. They come to Iceland with the purity of their youth, bringing joy, healing and love to those seeking peace. Txanas will have Rapé, Sananga, Kuripe, Tepi and traditional Huni Kuin jewellery for sale, so if you would like to support their work and buy the medicines and their art craft, please bring cash, preferably euros.
